OUR PROCESS
1 | CONSULTATION
This involves meeting in person to discuss their goals, preferences, needs and budget for the project.
2 | PROGRAMMING + SPACE PLANNING
Working one-on-one with our clients to imagine how a space will be used. We evaluate the available space, creating an optimal layout.
3 | CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Evoking the vibe and setting the tone. Based on our client's preferences and the space's intended use, we develop a concept that includes the color scheme, materials, and style.
4 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Generating detailed drawing sets of floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans; specifying fixtures, architectural materials, and finishes; designing custom furniture and millwork; sourcing furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, lighting, etc.
5 | IMPLEMENTATION + EXECUTION
Aligning the project team and managing the design process, schedule, and budget. Once the design is finalized, we work with contractors and suppliers to implement the plan, overseeing the construction, installation, and finishing of the space.
6 | FINAL TOUCHES
Pulling it all together with furnishings, accessories, and art to complete the space's look and feel.
